Postnatal Depression Awareness Week
This week as part of Postnatal Depression Awareness Week we are working with MuminMind, our Ambassador for PND to raise awareness of the different types of depression that can affect Mums and Dads. We will be looking at:
You can find information on these topics in our General Depression and Blues forum, as well as on BHCommunity’s blog. We invite you to read through the information provided and join in the discussions. There are women and men out there who have been through, and are going through depression, and you are not alone. If you recognise any of the symptoms we encourage you to ask for help.
- Monday – the Baby Blues
- Tuesday – Postnatal Depression
- Wednesday – Antenatal Depression
- Thursday – Postpartum Psychosis
- Friday – Depression in Dads
