Kiddie Christmas wrapping
Make Christmas wrapping fun this year! Try making your own designs by purchasing some plain paper, either brown rolls (cheaply purchased from Ikea) or any other plain colour you like, just make sure you buy in rolls as it'll be easier to work with. You'll also need some paint, either tradtional or modern colours, (personal preference) and Christmas painting stamps. You can usually purchase a packet of six for around $12-$15. (please contact me if you need help finding a stockist)
Next unroll your paper, get paint and stamps ready, along with you and your little artist and simply let your little one stamp away! You can also add sparkle and glitter if you wish.
This simple art activity is a fabulous way to get children involved in the gift giving aspect of Christmas. The satisfaction of being part of the presentation is a valuable feeling, not to mention how impressed and touched grandparents will be!
Happy stamping!!!
