    Disappointed with only a 200gram loss at the last weigh in, this week has been all about nutrition, as I'm sure it is snacks (and willpower!) that are letting me down.

    I've never paid much attention to nutrition previously... I'd eat well, enjoy my food, and not really worried myself with the details.
    But now I'm trying to shed some weight, it seems I really need to put more effort into a healthy balance and eating right.

    I can't pinpoint when it actually happened, but somewhere between mashed veggies being contentedly smeared all over his face and now – meal times with my son went drastically askew.
