  3. Mums want more healthy food! Except on bad days

    Overall, I'd say we're doing pretty well considering the demands of being a modern mum!


    According to the results of the Lose Baby Weight & Bub Hub New Mum and Exercise Survey - which you may have completed earlier this year - the overwhelming majority of us would prefer a quick, healthy option over takeaway, we're generally not too worried by celebrity baby weight stories and most of us exercise at least once a week.

  4. The Olympics - Hot or Not?

    I used to LOVE the Olympics. I have very clear memories of the Olympics as a little girl - and of witnessing amazing performances in human strength and endurance.

    As a young adult I recall being thrilled that a little known Irish girl had stunned the world winning gold in the pool. I also recall having a blazing, stand up, walk out argument with my brother in law when he suggested that her 'stunning' win was clearly a performance enhanced win. I was appalled!
