  1. Low Fat & Healthy Spaghetti Bolognaise

    If you are watching your weight or just trying to eat more healthily it doesn't mean that you have to eat tasteless or boring food and one of my favourite healthy and tasty dishes which is a hit with all the family is a healthy version of spaghetti bolognaise - which is also SUPER easy to make!

    I like to make a big batch of this on a Sunday and freeze portions to eat during the week and the great thing for me is that my toddler likes it too.

  2. When You Are Too Tired To Exercise

    Tiredness is one of the toughest things about being a mum. Gone are the days when you can sleep in and get an extra 60 minutes in (oh how I would LOVE that right now!!) and as we all know getting motivated to do any exercise when you are exhausted is pretty hard.

    I get over 100 emails a day from mums asking for help on weight loss and around 50% of those are asking for help to overcome tiredness so that they can exercise - so it is a very common issue and it does go hand in hand ...

    Losing baby weight can be hard work and for some mums they want to lose their weight as soon as they have their baby. However, the reality of trying to lose the weight when you have a new born to care for, are sleep deprived, are recovering from the birth and have hormones all over the place can make the weight loss process very hard.

  5. Regularity in Pregnancy

    The kind of regularity I am talking about here is going to the toilet and not just a quick wee!
    I am pretty sure in this pregnancy my bowel habits are not as fabulous as I'd like them to be or as good as my previous pregnancy.
