  1. Prawn, Tomato & Coconut Curry

    As the weather gets cooler our bodies seem to cry our for warm and comforting foods - and one of my favourites is a curry! Unfortunately most curries can be high in fat so a no no if you are trying to lose weight.

    However, there are lots of ways to cut the calories and fat down on a curry and below is one of my absolute favorites which is a prawn, tomato and coconut curry - and it is low calorie!

  2. Delicious & Easy Baked Apple Recipe

    Apples are one of the best snack foods to eat. They are full of vitamins and fibre plus help to lower cholesterol which make them perfect for your health and weight loss.

  3. Healthy & Tasty Pearl Barley Soup

    If you ate too much of the wrong foods over the Easter weekend (yes I did too ) then try making this delicious and healthy pearl barley soup to help your system to recover from all the junk and put back some good nutrients in your body.

    This one is one of my favourites and I like to make a big batch and freeze it for snacks during the day or light lunch when I am too busy to cook

  4. Low Fat & Healthy Spaghetti Bolognaise

    If you are watching your weight or just trying to eat more healthily it doesn't mean that you have to eat tasteless or boring food and one of my favourite healthy and tasty dishes which is a hit with all the family is a healthy version of spaghetti bolognaise - which is also SUPER easy to make!

    I like to make a big batch of this on a Sunday and freeze portions to eat during the week and the great thing for me is that my toddler likes it too.
