    Eggs are not only packed full of nutrition but they are tasty, cheap and really versatile when cooking. One of my favourite egg recipes is a Spanish omelette - have a look at the recipe below:

    • 1/2 a cup of lean chopped up ham
    • 1 large red onion
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 2 large red peppers
