My name is Madeleine Hetherton and I am currently researching for a documentary about how Australian families are changing with assisted reproduction. We're really interested in speaking with donors and recipients about their experiences and opinions. I'm particularly interested in talking to women who are just starting out and with single women.

I have posted on this site before over the last few months - so thankyou to the many wonderful women who have responded.

At this stage no commitment to be in the documentary series is required but it would be great to speak to people who would be willing to entertain the idea of potentially being involved at a later stage. We will be interviewing and filming through to the end of June. The documentary will air early in 2008.

I'm contactable at Red Ithaka productions for a confidential chat on 02 9360 0095 or 0408 622 203 or by email – mads@redithaka.com.au. Please feel free to get in contact just to find out a bit more about it all - and to work out if you are interested.

Just for some background information, Red Ithaka productions is a local documentary production company run by women who has produced a number of documentaries for the ABC and SBS. We are also currently making a 4 part series about school teachers which will broadcast in 2008.

Hope to speak to you soon,

Many thanks,

Madeleine Hetherton
