Due late June?

I'm a first time mum and my baby is due on the 29th of June, but my guess is that the baby will come late anyhow (and I'd prefer a Capricorn to a Gemini! :rolleyes: ). Isn't the statistic that only around 5% of babies are actually born on their EDD? Sounds like I should book something fun in for the day when it gets closer!

Is there anyone else here due around this time? I'd love to share my what-to-wear woes with someone. I'm 17 weeks tomorrow and I'm just starting to show. I'm not working so it's really not much of a drama but I use the belly belt on it's smallest setting on my loose jeans now and need some longer (and looser) tops.

Golux - can I suggest the reason you haven't got any responses yet is you've posted in the June 2005 thread area - not the June 2006 area. Try moving your post - there's heaps of mums in those areas (otherwise come join us in the July 2006 area - we've got some mums due end of June hoping for July bubs);)

Hi Golux, I'm due on 30 june, so very close to you. I havd also started to out-grow my wardrobe, almost completely, in fact. :o

I've just found pumpkin patch has a maternity section with surprisingly decent prices, especially right now - sales on. Range varies from store to store though.

Oh btw, I can also sympathise...noone told me that when you grow a placenta, the CRAFT brain grows with it...

(craft - can't remember a flipping thing) :D

i am having my first bubby - 22weeks now - hardly fit into any of my tiny tiny size 8 clothes anymore - had to buy cheap ebay clothes - size 14 aaah scary for me - ihope i get back into my 8 clothes again. Baby is due 23rd June but i hoping it is late.....;)

I'm due on the 24th June but unlike many of you I hope it comes early. My husband however would like it to come atleast a week late due to the baby bonus going up. Is that the same reason you all have.

However my youngest son turns 5 on the 20th June so I don't not whch is worse , dealing with a party heavily pregnant or with a newborn!!

I'm due approx June 28th (according to scan dating).....all my babies have come at this end of the various months they were born in......so dont know if I will have a little cancerian or a little gemini.....wouldnt mind a gemini, being one myself, specially since it's a boy - as if I cant have a daughter it will be nice to have one of them a bit like me in personality at least :)
