Does anyone know how the lunar calendar works? I've heard that with this you can have more than one chance to fall pregnant during your cycle. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
There is a great book called "Natural Fertility" by Franseca Naisch....it has a detailed chapter on lunar charting etc anad how to align your normal cycle and lunar... apparently some women can "o" twice during their cycle and this occurs at your lunar time and normal "o" time and if you align them then you increase your chances etc etc. I haven't tried this but do know my lunar time so we BD then to....just to help out in any way.
Good Luck

I read somewhere that you can have higher chance of pregnancy when the phase of the moon you were born at occurs at or around your ovulation time. did that make sense
For me this was absoultely true.
I was born the day after the dark moon and when I ovulated at the day after the dark moon (I was charting) in March 2007 I got pregnant (after trying for 10 months or so)
I have included a link to the lunar phase calander I used.
First look up your birthdate and note which phase the moon was in and then choose the months your are TTC and see if you ovulate near or on your birth lunar phase this is meant to mean higher chance of conception - Its fun to look it up if nothing else. http://stardate.org/nightsky/moon/index.php?month=1&year=2007&css=moon.css&Submit=Go
