View Full Version : Is it teething?
Hi All
I know this question has been asked a million times......
My DS is 4 months and the last two weeks has been Mr Cranky Pants. He's bitting down hard on anything and everything - including his own fingers. He's gone from sleeping through to waking 2-4 times a night...he's trying to get his arms out so he can bit his fingers. He drools massive amounts, has a snuffy nose, and red cheeks. He really loves having his gums rubbed too
Does it sound like teething?

It certainly sounds like teething to me!
And yes, babies can get teeth that young. They may not come through for a while though. I know my neice was teething for a few months before her teeth came through.
Maybe buy him some bonjella to help with the pain.

It sounds like teething... My DD started teething at about 3 1/2 months and cut her first tooth at 5 1/2 months :)
it sounds like it to me!!
my DD started teething around that age, and they FINALLY came thru last week!! it was a horrible 6 months!
Hi all,
Sounds like teething for sure, my dd,got 1st tooth last week, she was waking up to 7 times a night and winging,at first i thought she had a cold, runny nose, she was quite warm, blocked nose, and cough.but once the tooth came through it all suddenly went away, same day. Now its happening all over again Yippee!

Sounds like teething too me too !! Is bubs pullings on his ears .... thats also another sign .... coz teething causes ear aches too. My son is 7 1/2 months and showing all the signs, but no teeth yet ..... Bonjela teething gel soothes the discomfort at night time !!
Thank You for your replies :)
I can't believe a tooth could be another few months away yet.......I'll be a walking zombie!!
