Hi all, My name's emma and i am new to this site. Well my df and i have been ttc for the last 4 months.I have 28,30,35 day cycles(messed up i know). This month i am at day 28 and my bb's are really sore(mainly the nipple). For the last 2wks i have had mild period like cramping on and off which ive never had this early beforebefore. I did a pg test yesterday-:bfn: . I have out of the blue developed a cold/flu- could i still be pg or do you think it was all just the flu comming on. I usually have period pain by now... but i dont. Some advice please... have not been pregnant before so i am kind of relying on others experiences.

Hi Emmahline - I am at CD25 and this our first round of TTC so I don't really know what's going on with me either. Haven't tested yet, but I have been having mild cramping on and off for the last 5 days, lightheadedness and a little mild nausea every now and then. I've never had cramping this early in a cycle so am hoping it means I'm pg.
What I've learnt from the other girls on bubhub is that for some people it takes weeks for a BFP to come on a urine test. So you could still be pg, especially as your cycles are sometimes as long as 35 days. I say try again in a few days, and if still nothing, head off to the doc for a blood test.
Hi Emma, i've just had my BFP confirmed by the BT and i can tell you my symptoms were exactly what you were describing. I had cramps (not as bad as AF cramps) continually for the past 2 weeks and i still feel flu like (very fuzzy head!) so good luck. :fingerscrossed:

Hi Emma,
I am very similar to you. My cycles are all over the place but I have been ab;e to work out that I normally get my period between 12 and 14 days post o so it all depends on when I get my o.
This month I am currently all over the place as I think o was a week latert than normal as I had a cold. A cold or flu can affect o and other things so I would hol out a little longer and see what happens.
I am praying for you that you will get a BFP and that maybe your cold is stopping it to show through.
Keep me in touch as to how you go.
Jess

Just wanted to wish lots of luck
and sorry to hear that your not feeling the best
but hoping that it's for a very special reason.
since your cycles have being a bit different
If it was me, I'd be waiting until the longest
cycle which is 35 days....then I'd be having a
blood test (no more mucking around for me!!)
one of the first things I noticed when pregnant
for the first time was the way my (o) (o) changed
it was a dramatic difference...
they were very tender, sore and throbbed right
down to the nipple and the areola's changed colour
too, deeper in colour and there were deep violet coloured veins all over them right down too the nipple
over the first few weeks they progressively got
bigger also
Good Luck :wizard:

Thanks, i am definatley going to wait until the longest cycle time before testing again.. just last night when i had a shower i noticed alot of deep vains, but i didnt even think it could be because i may be pregnant. Hope you all get the BFP you have been waiting for too!!!
