Hi every1,

I'm new to bub hub, i'm 22 & i'm expecting my first baby on the 8th of october! Whilst i'm very excited i'm also scared and nervous is this normal?
I'd love 2 talk to other mums that are due around me!

Yes it is perfectly normal to be nervous and scared. I know I was when I was expecting my first bub!
I am due on 17th so I bit after you but I think I will be having my little man early.
Do you know if you are having a boy or a girl?

Hiya :) I was your age when I was pregnant with my first :D I am also due in Oct just under a week after you:D We have a chat in this section if you would like to join us - there are quite a few of us due in Oct!

This is our first baby and Im the same, Im VERY excited and cant wait but at the same time im a little scared of the parenting side of things. I like to read up on things and get the info but at the same time knowing it is impossible to really be totally prepared, some book (or person) cant tell you what its like, you have to experiance it all for yourself.

Im not really scared of the labour (there is a thread about preparing for it which some of us have posted in).

Dont stress about it, everything will work out and we will learn as we are delt with situations!

You will love it here, everyone's great!
It is very normal to be nervous about your first bubba... Just enjoy the journey before you know it bub will be here and you'll want to do it all over again.
