face rash

Hi,

My 7month old has recently started to get a red spotty rash around her eyes and mouth. I don't think it's eczema as it isn't dry or itchy. CHN suggested it is probably just from saliva? She is dribbling alot as she is sucking on EVERYTHING!Anyone seen similar thing? :confused:

My girls had this as well. I used Paw Paw ointment and it went away.
