If you ever feel things are just too tough and you need to cut to heal/relieve the pain... remember... you are BEAUTIFUL, you are LOVED, you are SIGNIFICANT, you are CHERISHED and you are ADORED.

Wow what a great song! Iv been a cutter since I was in my mid teens.....Iv tried to stop but I just can't. I know i'm worth more than that, I know there are other ways to relieve the stress/hurt/anger......but my way is so much easier than really having to deal with things.:D :rolleyes:
