I didn't try them but I did use the tommee tippee ones and they are great, My baby is 8 months old and we still can't get her to drink out of anything else.

The wide set ones. :)
I did express breastmilk for 12 weeks after the birth and these were the bottles that just screwed onto the manual tommee tippee breast pump.

We've used Avent since DD came home... Have no problems with them and DD used to drink from Pur teats as well on the little bottles, but is only on Avent now and has always preferred them to the others.

Was thinking of trying out Tommee Tippee this time, the funky looking bottles with the stripey teats - just so DF doesn't get confused who's bottles are what - IF DD is still on the bottle at 18 months... Thought I'd give him a shot at being a SAHD this time...

I've used Avent for all 4 kids. Troy did have a Tommee Tippee Nuborn bottle, but he rejected that last week.

I use Avent bottles. DS won't take anything else. They've been great.

We ended up using pigeon. started with avent and DS just didnt like them, IMO too rigid. You can just get the teats and they are wide necked.

My son wouldn't take any bottles at all in the beginning.

When i weaned from BFing, i had to go cold turkey.. and we found he would happily drink from both Avent and the Tommee Tippee ones we had.

I went with the Tommee Tippee decorative ones because of the cross cut teats. I figured it was more like BFing seeing as how they have to suck to get anything out. So, he was in full control and I never had to step him up to the next level etc. Also, i liked how they dont drip when tipped upside down :p

We started using them at 6 months and still use them now at 14 months :)

I b/f but when used bottles used the cheapo ones from Big W and I am still using the same ones I bought 18months later :yelclap: and the same teats  not sure if I should be....

I got given 8 wide neck Avent bottles and my DS didn't like them. I think the narrower bottles are easier to hold when they are at that stage. I only use the Avent ones when when the others are being cleaned. He will accept it now but still is a bit fussy.

I don't think it really matters, go with what you can aford to get & your bub will accept what you decide. :)

My son wouldn’t take the Advent bottles. I was recommended the Pigeon Peristaltic Nipple bottles. They are great  I will be using them for next bub aswell.

I guess Im the odd one out...I used NUK, the silicone teats, and found them great..its all I used and had no problem with reflux, or not taking to it........

He used them until I stopped him having a bottle completely, around the age of 10 months or so...cant remember exactly...but yeah....

im another NUK user too!! i use the traditional bottles and teats, not the newer wide neck ones ..... i think they are fantastic and DS prefered them over the TT Closer to natures bottles I originally tried.

We use the NUK bottles and have 2 Avent ones that I use occasionally.

I found that the Avent ones never seal properly, so I never take them out..

Avent bottles always leaked for us so we stopped using them.

We went with the PUR self sterilising ones and still use them now.

Avent for us. They're simply the best.
Never had any issues or problems with them.

I started using Avent, but they leaked all the time and bub didnt like the teat shape, milk kept running out of his mouth, he just couldnt keep attached.
We now use Lindam bottles which are brilliant! They have a special valve which stops air bubbles in the bottle altogether by vacumming it out of the bottle at the press of a button. Since using them he hardly burps and never vomits like he used to with the Avent bottles. I swear by them.
