Ok so this is something that isnt a very nice subject but is always hard to talk about!!!

I have had a haemmoroid (sp?) before and it disappeared but now at 34 weeks I have another one. It isnt causing me any problems...doesnt hurt or itch but its there! Sorry if this is gross but what do you do?? Do you try to push it back in?? Do they normally go back in by themselves or do you have to get them surgically removed?

Anyone else??

Sometimes they do go away on their own.

I try to make sure I have lots of fibre in my diet, I will have a high fibre breakfast, like Weet bix multigrain, and at least 2 x pieces of fruit a day to keep me...regular. I'm also on iron supplements which can make you constipated and being constipated makes haemmorhoids worse, so I make sure I don't miss my high fibre brekkie.
