Pregnancy symptoms

Just wondering what kind of symptoms (if any)people have experienced not long after conception, earlier then pregnancy confirmation can be done with a pregnancy test?

slight nausea, hot flushes, sore boobs, pimple like things on neck and shoulders, hunger, swollen belly, tiredness, shortness of breath, lower blood sugar levels then usual so feel faint.

cramping,tired,sore boobs and big nipples lol( at this stage when my nipples started to get bigger/go darker alarm bells rang I was like omg I think I may be pregnant!)

I had slight cramping (similar to when AF is coming) and really, really tender boobs!
