Throat Lozengers

Hi Ladies are Strepsils ok to take for a sore throat during pregnancy?
I took about two or three a day during my first trimester while I had a bad cold, i did not think they would be a problem. Now im worried about the effects. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I just posted in another thread that Strepsils are okay. My friend checked with the pregnancy medication hotline.
