Hi Girls, well we are here safe and sound, and warm!! in Brisbane.
Here is a copy of the email I posted out the day we arrived:

The removalists came yesterday and took everything so last night we stayed in a hotel with Layne while the boys stayed with my parents.
This morning we finished cleaning up our house ready to be rented. I am so nervous, I hope they look after it for us.
Mum and Dad came with us to the airport, and Mum cried, of course, lol. She thinks we are on the other side of the world, lol, she'll be ok though. My brother and his wife are having twins in March so I'm sure she will busy
The plane ride was pretty good, the boys were fantastic, loved the whole ride. Layne was good too, however not too impressed with the lack of room, she wanted to get down and explore.
We made our way to the apartment building with only one boo-boo, we missed the building and had to go around another 3 blocks tom get back again because of the one way streets. It will take a bit to get used to.
The apartment is quite nice, the 3 kids are in one big room and all fell asleep straight away. We are all pretty tired, but still excited.
Tomorow is a relaxing day and then Thursday Steven goes in for his first day. I'll have the 3 on my own, I'm sure it will be fine.
I am embarassed to say I was quite worried about getting out with the kids on my own, but after driving around tonight I feel ok about it.
We will be here for a little bit while we get a rental. I am sure the boys can't wait to have a backyard again. """"
Yesterday Steven got home early and decided that we couldn't wait any longer to go get me some bathers so we went shopping!!! We went to a cute little maternity shop and I got the most gorgeous pair of maternity bathers, bikini bottoms with a tankini top that has great support, which I certainly need, lol
Last night we all went for a swim, the pool closes at 9:30 which is great as we had it all to ourselves.
Tonight we drove down to Broadbeach for tea. We had our honeymoon there and it was great to go back.
I have already been invited to meet with some Mum's on Monday. I will be going out on my own with the kids and am excited and scared, lol
We book Boads into school next week for the week after, it will be so wonderful for him as I know he and Trey are getting cramped in this apartment, as nice as it is. Trey is also starting Kindergarten too.
Thank-you all so very much for all your help and valuable info about Brisbane and all it has to offer. We have visited several areas with lots more to go before making a final decision about where to live :)
It has been so fun checking out places so far, and we look forward to lots more outings and discoveries :)
