I know that breasts do tend to feel less full after awhile, and bubs also become more efficient drinkers so that their feeding time drops. But I'm not sure if that would be happening at only 4 weeks old.

Anyone else know?

Yep it's definitely normal! Even at such a young age. I bet if Aiden goes a bit longer for a feed once that you would feel the difference.

By the time DD was 3 months old I could miss a whole feed and it wasn't until she would've been due for her next one that I'd get that full feeling. It'd take 3 missed feeds before I leaked (I had a wedding to go to when DD was 3 months old, and as the bridesmaid I had to go to the hens night....this is how I know this! lol)

Yeah, I found that too. Your body just becomes efficient at producing how much your baby needs rather than being engorged.
BTW, your avatar is gorgeous, what a cutie:D
