mango mousse...?

wondering if anyone knows how to make mango mousse (even if it is just mango flavouring)

i had a bowl of it while i was in hospital after having DS2 (yes..... i liked hospital food)

and i cant find any to buy anywhere..... and dont know that the hospital will tlel me what they make it with (or if i can even access the ingredients they prob get in)

Heres one i use

Mango Mousse

Ingrediants:
flesh of 4 ripe mangoes
1 cup castor sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon gelatine
125ml hot water
1 egg white
350ml whipping cream
Method:
Puree the mangoes, stir in the castor sugar and lemon juice.

Add the gelatine to the hot water and dissolve, then add to the mango mixture.

Beat the egg white till soft peaks form and fold into the mango mixture.

Whip the cream, also until soft peaks form, and fold carefully into the mango mixture.

Pour into a large bowl or into individual glasses and put into the fridge until set (several hours or overnight).
