I dont know if anyone watched the "today" show this morning but there was a lady on there talking bout chocolate, She was saying also that white choc is really not good for you or kids at all... It has no cocoa in it at all which is the good part of choc, All it is she said was vegatable fat & sugar...she said if you are going to eat chocolate stay away from white chocolate... yet i find it weird that all the kids chocy is white...milky bar..kinda suprise, etc. I said to my dh its not like we eat chocolate for the health of it...but when it comes to my children i dont think i would ever make them up a batch of vegatable fat & sugar to eat so why feed them that.
I just thought incase anyone missed it you might like that info.:p
Will have to tell my DF, he loves white chocolate! Now I have to burst his bubble.
I personally prefer dark chocolate, the really bitter stuff, apparently its high in iron too, which is why I'm making sure I have some every week :D

I don't know about you ladies, but I love my chocolates dark or white!
I've never been a fan of white chocolate! I was very much a chocoholic until it played up with my heart too much (caffeine and aorta problem) so i cut it out completely! I do allow myself some dark chocolate every now and then though! A girls's got to have something!
mmmm, chocolate, give me any kind, I'm not raceist! If you go for a block with nuts in it, it lowers the GI, so it's not as bad for you.
It's interesting about the white chocolate, I knew it wasn't chocolate, but I never stopped to think that if it isn't chocolate, then what is it...
