I know that all babies are an absolute blessing & I'm not worried about what sex our next baby will be, but I was just wondering if anyone had heard/done anything specific to try to persuade the sex of their baby?? Such as timing etc?? Or I heard of Brad & Angelina on a certain diet??

There is a website that has diets and other topics.
www.in-gender.com
Like you I think every child is a blessing but diets and timing is fine to try to sway the odds a little. If it doesn't happen, it doesn't happen.

Thanks for the info...
I love all babies... boy/girl I'm not fussed, they're all beautiful. But I secretly hope for another girl next time, my daughter has the most beautiful clothing & blankets I'd really like to see another baby girl using her stuff!!
I'll check out those websites... Thanks :)

One of my friends tried all the old wives tales and everything she was told or read to try to have a boy. Her and her DH bd on day of ovulation etc etc.
Had a girl!!!
I think it is just a game of luck.

we are going to be trying the Shettles method for a girl - he has a great book out that I have just rread which outlines everything you need to do, but the jist of it is - sex between 4 - 2 days prior to ovulation, missionary position, no female orgasm, douching with a vinegar/water solution prior to sex to make the area more acidic as it kills the boy sperms off.

OMG - that almost sounds like eugenics.
