Would it be possible that someone can please have a look at my FF chart (link below)?

It seems to be telling me that this is now the 5th day for best conception chances :confused: I thought the fertile window was only around 72 hours.

I think you can only see my temp chart, but on the actual calander it shows 5 days shaded in green for best conception.

I have input all details accordingly and I take my temps at the same time each morning.

Is this normal? :o

Sperm can survive for up to 5 days in a good enviroment, maybe thats why they are telling you that. Of course the egg has only, i think, a 24 hour life. The aim is to have the sperm there waiting for the egg. If your having wet/ewcm and your cervix is high then you can pretty much bet on o'ing soon. If your cycle is 28 days then it most likely will happen on cd14. Get bding!

I agree with Andrea - sperm can live up to 5 days in a good environment - only most of the time they typically last for only 2-3. Consequently FF will tell you to BD from those 5 days before so you can maximise your chances for conception each month.

Technically you can fall pregnant during these 6days - the 5 days before O and the day of O, but realistically FF statistically recommends that your chances are extrememly hightened from BDing in those precious 72hrs - being 2days before O and the day of O.

I checked out your chart and it certainly looks fertile to me! BD like there is no tomorrow. I would think that your temp will either drop again and then skyrocket or you may just start skyrocketing tomorrow which is a good indication that you O'd today.
If you check out my chart this month you will see it looks a little like yours - it leveled out really low and then rose really high confirming that I O'd on CD14.

lol thats one good thing when your ttc#1 you can bd whenever you have time together and you don't have to worry about nap times or waiting til the kids are in bed etc... Have fun!!!

Its hard to tell. You had a huge drop on day 9 but i dont know if that was O or not. Sorry i cant help you! :o
