Cots that can be placed against your bed

When I was in Ireland you were able to purchase cots that had drop sides that either folded under your mattress or came down low enough so that you could place the cot beside your bed and have it at the same height as your own mattress, allowing you easy access to your baby in the middle of the night.

Are those sort of cots available in Australia, and if so, can anyone either recommend one and tell me where they got it?

Hi Ruth

I know a lot of mums that use a 'side car' arrangement- with the cot pushed up to their bed, but as far as I know it's not a special type of cot, just a standard one with the side dropped down or removed entirely.
