I can reccommend a really good one on South Side, north side I have no idea sorry

Thanks. I am looking for one on North side and I haven't been here because I was banned! I got your email but things have been so full on I havent had much time sorry. I like being a mum but Oscar has been really unsettled and crys a lot so it is taking it's toll lol. How are you?

Anywhere really! I am coming to realise how hard the GOOD ones are to get into. I'm thinking I should have signed up when I was pregnant.

We live in Gungahlin, and were travelling to Belconnen everyday for childcare, as we couldn't get the kids into a centre out here.

I tried to move them - EVERYWHERE had huge wait lists.

I finally mananged to move them at the beginning of the year.

but as for childcare on the northside well they do have Occassional Care as well and you just have to ask what days are free they do have some at Ngunnawal CC Cooinda Cottage

How much care are you looking for?

I'm looking for one day a fortnight, sometimes it could be once a week. I checked out one in Kaleen today and was not impressed at all. Hey do you know is it true that all occasional care is gov. funded and not private day care so it will generally be pretty ****? P.s I like your sig, That is so true about the walls!

Thanks. Do you really want to babysit though? He is a handful at the moment! I haven't gotten him into a solid routine yet so he is a bit muddled :( How do you find the Charnwood one? Does it have a happy/bright vibe? What do you like about it? What do you dislike?

i like it as i worked there for 2 1/2 years and i don't dislike any thing about it everyone is so happy and lovely there i can come and have a look with you but i will look after him one day a week if you like and help you plan a routine to if you like.

well it's $12 a hour and i can come with you any day and time i can comw with you 2morow if you like it's just down the road from me.

never call i child care center to ask if you can have a look it's better to go when they don't know your coming haha trust me i will make time just name the day and time i have to go down there and book hannah in any way.

oh ok ha ha cos I called the one I went to today and I dont think they put on an "act" and if they did I was still disgusted! :laughing: Can you please pm your number, it will be easier than me go searching for it on numerous pieces of paper I have!
