View Full Version : Can top teeth come through first?
Just curious if top teeth can come through first or if it is always the bottom?
It is usually the bottom but every child is different. Em cut 2 top molars first:eek: then 1 bottom, 1 top, 1 bottom, 1 top.

My bubs starting teething first with his "vampire" or eye teeth but a bottom came through then a top at the same time as the other bottom now he is getting the next top one ..... Its never ending.

My bub got her top two middle teeth first. She looked like bugs bunny. All her teeth have come through out of the normal order. Saying this but she teethed very quickly. Got her first tooth at 8 1/2 months and now has 16 teeth (at 19 months) She is now cutting her 2 year old molars. I will be glad when all her teeth are through.

My second baby got his teeth this way to at 7mnths both top eye teeth came in together. I got him a bib with a count dracula body on it for a laugh and to catch the drool.

lucas is 18 weeks and he is teething about 8 top teeth his 2 front ones and 4 eye teeth. and hes been sure to let me know about it lol.
Chloe just got her first tooth & its one of the top ones.
DS just cut his first tooth yesterday and it is a top one!! I think both his top front teeth will be through before any bottom ones!
I'm a dental assistant and trust me when dealing with mother nature, anything's possible!
