Try putting her back on formula, then slowly add more cows milk to her formula milk. My 12 month old recently had a strong reaction to the cows milk and got diahorrea and was vomiting. The doctor suggested we put her back onto formula then gradually introduce the cow's milk (rather than all at once) as their little bodies need time to adjust to the change in milk rather than getting it all slogged at them in one go.

I agree with RuthK. It is probably the cows milk causing the problem. Happened to dd2, no amount of prunes or water really helped. Had to switch back to forumula for awhile. Once your little one is walking (if not already) this will help too.

If you don't want to go back to using formula, try diluting the milk with water, half milk, half water. Then slowly decrease the amount of water until she is drinking only milk.
My mum said to do this with my son and I had no problems.
I asked the doctor and she said as long as they are eating a ballanced diet, watering down the milk shouldn't cause any nutrition problems.
It took about two weeks for my son to be drinking milk only, you may need to take it a little slower because your daughter has had a reaction to milk.
Good luck :)
