Ovulation

I have posted a thread similar to this, but i am still very frustrated.
So far all my OPK have been negative. I have been testing since day 12-13 since i have long cycles (32-35).
Yesterday was day 23 and it was still negative.
On friday I saw an almost positive, but never a full positive (I also had a very min egg white cm).
I wait 2 hours or more before i test and dont drink alot. Is it possible i just missed? Had a faulty test?
I had brown Cm day 16-19.
Should i used maybe baby next month and try saliva test?

to be honest I personally wouldnt bother with OPKs or Saliva Tests because they simply dont work for everyone. Neither did for me and I was on fertility drugs with BTs every 2 days so I knew my hormones were definately doing what they were apparently testing for.

I would suggest to track your Basal Body Temperature to at least verify the results you are getting from the OPKs or Saliva Tests to ensure they are working properly for you.

So are you saying you should of had LH in your urine, but the OPK didnt pick it up?
Thanks for your help, I will buy the temp kit once AF arrives.

Yep, for me anyway the OPK didnt pick up the surge, and the Maybe Baby showed at times full ferning when my hormones were not doing anything. Again I knew they werent doing anything because of both my BBT not shifting before seeking help for not ovulating and then once on fertility treatment my blood tests proving I was Ovulating. I didnt regularly use OPKs but had been given a box/kit and thought Id test them out. I used to use the Maybe Baby daily beforefertility treatment and quite often got full ferning but I never ovulated.


Im not saying they wont work - they certainly do for many, just wanted to point out that they dont always work for all.
