Positive then negaive result??

I had two faint but def lines then Ihad only one line 24hrs later?

Has anyone had this? What could this mean?

It might mean your urine was more dilute the following day, especially if the second line was only faint the first time.

I'd wait a couple of days, and then test again with first morning urine.

It could be that the negative test was a dud (false negatives are much more common than false positives) or that you've had a very early miscarriage - one that you probably wouldn't have even noticed if you hadn't tested.

The best thing would be to get to your GP and ask for a blood test.

What time did you do the test? Hormone levels would be higher in the morning. If you did the test in the afternoon, hormone levels were probably out of the urine.
Maybe the first test was a dud? I got a fake positive with prognosis and some other girls in bub hub have also.
