My pram knowledge is terrible, but hello and welcome anyway. Please don't be scared, we don't bite new people all that often.:)

My cousin has a Bugaboo pram for her little one who is 11 weeks... Not sure if it is a Gecko, I can tell you it is Red.. Well, she hasn't had a problem but is still using the bassinet..

I am sure you will get a post from someone with some knowledge of these prams...

take care

Hi Amanda,
Welcome. Don't know about the pram but I feel they are very expensive for what they offer. There seem to be some similar ones in different brands, maybe look into it. You'll find the shop assistants are pretty helpful and honest. (Obviously unless they work on comission;) ) Most of the ones I've dealt with so far have been really good.

Hi Amanda

Welcome to BH! :)

Not sure about the pram, I bought a Jeep pram and inherited a Steelcraft stroller from my step-sister - both have been great.

Same goes for me... Sorry, not a pram guru either!

All I have (advice wise), is make sure you get one that the handles are reversible... We bought our first one and thought it was great until we realised that we liked to see our lo and he enjoyed watching us too! If you are on the prowl for a pram, ensure it's handles go "back and forth" so that you can switch to viewing your baby or letting them "see the world" if they want to.... Makes it easier on sunny days too, that way you can keep the glare out of their eyes by flipping the handles to suit!

Hope this helps!

Hi just a bit of a tip i bought a really expensive 3 wheel pram and used it for no longer than 6 months it was way too heavy for me to lift being pregnant so mayby a stroller that lays back is a better idea they are heaps cheaper and lighter for us women lol.
And hi and Welcome to bub hub

Hi Amanda. Not too many people know about bugaboo prams. Neither do I. All I can tell you is that my sister got one and is really happy with it. Easy to fold, reversible handle and light weight. Have a shop around. I am still looking for one myself.:D . Good luck with it all.
