I take my journey into a 5 day stay at Karitane (http://www.karitane.com.au) on monday morning. Our main reason for visiting is major sleep issues with my 14mth old daughter. I am also seeking their help in regards to her eating and my Post-Natal Depression. With hopes of also finding new ways to keep her busy and learning during the day. Being such a smart little girl she often becomes quickly bored leading to some horrendous behaviour and Im not sure how to kurb this.
Spending 5 days seems so small but I know the journey is going to be a rollercoaster ride of emotions among other things. I had been thinking I could do a daily journal for myself, so that I can keep note of whats happened for the future and as a referance. I also thought It might be of use to the members of the bubhub family.
Do you all think this would be helpful to you or anyone? To see what takes place during a 5 day stay and what they offer? To see my journey also I guess, as Im sure it will be closely entwined in the journalling.
