whats the most absorbent??

well as the title says which nappy do you find most absorbent? my ds is a very heavy wetter i have a bbb on him with the long and short snap on liners and it is soaking after 1.5 - 2 hrs. or is that normal???

sounds pretty normal - most babies would have done a lot of wees over the space of a couple of hours (and if they hold it and only do one wee, then it's a big one ;) )
absorbency is directly related to the amount of absorbent material in the nappy, so look at the composition of the nappies you're interested in, how many layers, whether they're full layers or just in the wetzone, etc etc, and then work from that. A BBB comes out pretty much at the top of the list (aside from dedicated night nappies) closely followed by the BBH. If you love a nappy with less layers in it, then either boost a bit ;) or maybe change more often (get to use more cute nappies that way, lol!!)

When you say soaking, do you mean the entire nappy (wings and all) or just around the wet zone? DD will be soaking (wings and all) from overnight, but during the day over a few hours, it will be just in the wetzone in a BBB.
