seeking an OB at SJOG Subiaco

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone had any experience with Dr Tim Jeffery, Dr Linda Wong or Dr Roger Perkins from SJOG. Would you recommend any of them? Thank you so much.

I used Dr Linda Wong in 2003. She is very relaxed, I never felt rushed through appointments and she always made time if I had questions. She has 2 small children of her own (or did at the time) so understands the mothering side of things too. But you do need to take the initiative to research and ask questions, maybe you need to do that with all obs. She doesn't send you for unecessary tests, didn't even weigh me except at the start though she probably would have if it looked liked I'd been stacking on weight.

She also adjusted her delivery fee for me after my private insurance changed their rules on me, which was very nice. I'm not sure what else to say. She does a running stitch for c/s which healed easily and with next to no scarring.

Her nurse/receptionist was always nice and would occassionally phone before appts to let me know that Linda was running very late and that I could come an hour later.

Just thought I'd let you know that I have had treatment with Dr Roger Perkins both at Hollywood Fertility Centre and SJOG for ovarian cyst.

I would recommend him - very happy with his care and manner - he explains everything and does not rush through appointments.

I had my DD at SJOGH Subi in September and ended up having a C-Section. My consulting OB during pregnancy was Dr George O'Neil. I can't speak highly enough of George although he is a little unorthodox! George managed to treat my fertitlity problem after 9 years of failed attempts with other Drs and he took only 5 months to do so.

He has a lot to do with Linda Wong and infact Linda also stepping on for the emergency C-Section with george as mine was high risk - my understanding she is something of a specialist with such pregnancies.

I felt nothing but completely comfortable with both George and Linda and would recommend them highly.

Another Ob that I have had dealing with and whom I would also recommend highly is Dr Graeme Thompson although I don't know if he will take new patients but he does work out of SJOG Subi also
