Help I Have No Idea Whats Happening ?????

Hi Girls...Just wondering if some one can help me....

For those of you who dont know my story...I have been TTC for 7 cycles now and have only had one natural unmedically induced AF in this time...it was at the start of this month...

..... BEWARE TMI APPROACHING.....

I temp and do OPK's and I know that I O'd on cycle day 18 this month...I am now currently cycle day 23 and have brown cm and stringly bits as if AF was coming ....

My questions is :

Has this happened to you a 5 days or so before your AF was due ?

Do you think if this is happening AF is on the way?

Thanks for any help you can offer....it's been soooo long for me that I dont really know what normal and what not anymore..

Oh and PS.. I havent BD at all this month cause Hubby has been away so I know it deffinately not a PG thing.

I have had exactly the same thing. I have spotting brown icky stuff since i was 6dpo and i am now 13dpo. This normally happens right before AF comes (only about 2-3 days beforehand), not a whole week. I have heard that it can be something to do with low progesterone levels in your luteal phase, but mine were high as i had a check of my levels done at 7dpo. I feel exactly the same as you and don't know whats normal or not anymore. This was my second medicated cycle but i have been trying for about five years. I posted a similar thread this morning asking the same question so i would be interested to find out what it could be when other people reply.

I hope Rellebelle that mine is AF...cause I am trying to regulate my cycle with accupunture and chinese herbs but I was hoping it would be at 28 days not 25 !!!! I hope it does what your has done and stay's like this for another 4 days then get AF !!!

I got AF this afternoon so i'm out. Hopefully better luck next time. I hope AF shows for you too, soon, but not too soon.

Hey Kristy - That is exactly what was happening to me for the past 9-10 cycles which is basically when I was having regular good cycles. I would get a brownish stained discharge and then bang af came!! I would start getting it about 4 or so days before af arrived. Normal??? who knows but I used to get that!

By the way, that's why I think that I'm preg this month! My af is 3ish days late which you would know from 'obsessed' thread and I didn't have any brown stained discharge last week at all and also didn't have the sore boobs which I ALWAYS get the week before af arrived!

Sounds promising to me that af is on it's way which is fantastic for you!!! :smiliedance: let us know what happens won' tyou!

Thanks YM3... the spotting is getting heavier so I think this will deffinately be AF in the next couple of days :smiliedance: ...Which means I can start TTC sooner than I first thought I would be able to in June:D ...will keep you posted for sure.
