The things that i have tried are Clomid (waist of time for me it made me loopy but thats not to say it wont work for you though) , hypno ( which worked for me to be possitive and i dont stress as much about concieving so fingers crossed with this):fingerscrossed: At the moment i am on 3xday metformin and vitamins cause low iron from Af all the time
I have PCOS and have been for 12yrs at first i was getting my AF once a year i went to a natrapath who put me on herbs and i started getting AF but i would go for 7weeks straight and have 3 weeks in between but now its getting better for me last month i went for 4 weeks and first 2 weeks were light so fingers crossed im finally getting back on track :fingerscrossed:
Im also doing Bowen therapy to stimulate my ovaries :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed:

We all O at diffeerent times of day or night. so Mix up the times you BD.
Also read somewhere that you drop your egg round the same time of day your period would start. Mine always started in the middle of the night. So, some nights around O we set the alarm for 3am and went for it!
MUCUS - We went preseed cause I never got any good Mucus.
baby asprin (80mg) everyday till after O We tried this teh month we got our BFP!
Also http://www.freebabydust.com/ Free baby dust in the mail! A couple of us in teh 6 months+ thread got our BFP's teh same month the babay dust came through!!!
GOOD LUCK and BABY DUST :wizard:

Any cough mixture with teh active ingredient guaifenesin can help thin CM. For best results start taking 1-3 teaspoons a day from AF till O, stop after O (it wont help after that, and may not be great for a fertalizing eggie!)
Evening primrose oil can help create more mucus too.
GOOD LUCK!!!

Ecstaticem: thanks for that info ill give it a go.
Had a little bit of spotting the other day about 4 days after AF , it was really weird cause i havent had anything like that so i dont know whats going on because as soon as i finished AF my DH and I did the BD so im kind of hoping that it was something to do with that and i might be UTD who knows ,fingers crossed theres something positive this month for me.
Just out of curiosity i was wondering ! my sister inlaw is nearly 3 mths pregers and she has been bleeding ,she went to the dr, they did some tests and everything seems fine, does any one have any ideas of what this might mean or know a web site where i can research this for her,
She has no pain its just bleeding and the DR said firstly that it may be the placenta embeding into the uterus but i dont think it should be going for this long .
If anyone has any info please let me know
Thanks

hey ladies
i heard that staying in bed after bd is very good. The first time i got pg i couldn't go to the bathroom as dh has gone first and we had guests and they would know what we were up to while all were suppose to be asleep. so i had to lay there and i finally fell asleep. 2 weeks later i found out i was pg.
so ill say sleeping afterwards will do the trick (i think)
lets hope it works this time round.
oh yes - calsium supposed to help with the speed and all of the sperm. so dh is drinking a calsium pill everymorning.

Hi i just wanted to offer my condolences for your loss as well, I often get asked about different ways to conceive, i think that i have helped a few couples, but in the end everyone is different and some of my tips are ones that everyone has tried already. The main thing that i always say to women is just relax, no tension i believe this is a major contributor to not conceiving, anyway i wish everyone the very best of luck in your ttc.

Hello,
Thanks for all your kind coments girls,:hugs:
Its great to speak to people who have been through the same, it kind of doesn't make me feel insane, trying all these different things.
I have been on multivitamin and diaformin for a while now ( i think about 4 mths ) and im slowly getting better with my cycles although they are still for a couple of weeks im at least getting them every month ,so yay about time,
Any way ive decided to go vegitarian ( i know a bit extreme) but ive been doing it for nearly 3 weeks and it has made me feel so good and energetic its great ,and hopefully i can loose the kilos to be healthier to concieve.
Fingers crossed :fingerscrossed:
I am also trying to focus on something other that concieving (it has consumed me these past couple of years) so ive decided to save for a big holiday with my family and then who knows what will happen then
Ill keep you posted
BFN xoxoxo

Hi Jodie9,
i was reading about robitusin a while ago and apparently something in it makes the mucus when ovulating thinner so the fishies can break thru to reach the egg easier
Thats what ive read but it is onlu a certain type of robitusin but im not sure which one ill find out the web site and get back to you on that one
Well ive got my af again and it is so much better these days because i had it for 17 days instead of prev time (25 or time b4 51) yay hopefully i will start to get regular and maybe ovulate :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed:

Jodie9 - did you give birth to all 9 children?????? oH my goodness! You must be the TTC queen! :yelclap: Bravo to you. Are you planning on anymore?
Fresh pineapple makes the uterus contract so should be avoided in the 2WW.
Also keeping the abdomen and lower back warm during the 2WW, not with heat pads or water bottles just with a blanket is supposed to help.
Drink plenty of water and milk.
These tips were shared with me when doing IVF, its worth a try, whether they actually work I dont know.
