I have heaps of eggs and are thinking of making some quiches and freezing them.

How long could I freeze them for??

May not be of any help as I'm not sure of length of time you can keep them at all. I've found my quiches dont freeze that well as the egg & cream tended to separate & the quiche filling became all watery as a result. I have frozen them for a few days in the past and if you dont mind sloppier filling and the pastry not being as flaky & light as it is fresh, it was still edible and tasty.
