Rash

Hi

Would any one have an idea on what this could be?

Elysha has these tiny raised lumps running down one side of her face mainly (the side she usually sleeps on) but there are others of these on the other side though not as many. They arent red or pussy at all but you can just notice them. They seem to be itchy and shes scratching at her face a bit today along with rubbing her eyes heaps.

A couple of days ago i did grab a curash wipe and wipe something off her face (i forgot they had extra stuff in them) could it be that it irritated her face or could it be some sort of contact dermatitis from something else? She doesnt have these lumps on her body just her face and they have only appeared recently.

I would say it is one of 2 things; Either it is a reaction to the wipe, if you have never use it on her skin before. If it is this then it should settle in a few days just rub some baby sorbelene into it.
Or it could be a bit of heat rash as you said it is mainly on the side she sleeps. Either way rub some sorbelene into it and it should go in a few days. If it gets worse just check with your gp.

I agree with EmysMum but at the same time its best to get a rash check out as its often better to be safe than sorry IMO.
Hopefully your little one hasnt got anything worrisome ! :)

Ive got an appoint with the CHN tomorrow so will ask her then also what it could be - hopefully it is nothing to worry about:)
