bubblebub outers

I have a bubblebub that I don't know what the outer is.

It is not fleece.

It is kind of like minky but seems to knot up really easy. Maybe it is just a really old minky one and that is what happens.

Does anyone know of other outers that it could be?

Do you mean an AIO with hidden pul?
Could it be a synthetic fleece, but old? And has gone a bit matted and knotty looking? I don't know if Bubblebubs use Malden Mills fleece (which doesn't do that). The one I have is looking a bit worse for wear (but has been in high rotation) and isn't MM fleece.
Other then that I don't know! If it's a fitted then I think the outer would be cotton fleece or flanellette but I don't have one of them so not sure... :detective:

Hmmm.

It may be the synthetic fleece you are talking about. It is soft and lovely if I brush it but within one wear it is all knotty and gross again.

Is it different from the one I just sent you? Vickie the lady who makes them called that one minky.

Yes it is different.

The fibres are shorter.

When brushed the knotty one is as soft and has the soft one way rough the other way thing that minky does.

I would have said it was minky because it is so soft but I didn't know minky knotted

It could be 'cuddle fleece'? I know that Vicki does polar fleece, cuddle fleece and minky. Haven't seen the cuddle fleece myself but I always imagined it was kind of between polar fleece and minky?

I have one that is cuddlefleece but it doesn't knot up. There are lots of different polar fleece types available and I think Vickie uses all different varieties.

I have an older style Bubblebubs which is Side snapping which is this softie Rainbow material, kinda feathery but not. It gets skuzz stuck on the ends of the fibres and seems a bit knotty sometimes.

That or it's cuddlefleece- I ordered a Minkee and got a Cuddlefleece by accident, so did Phineas, perhaps it's cuddlefleece? :detective:

Almost like fake sheepswool but softer IYKWIM....
