Who's having roast tonight?

I'm cooking roast chook for tea tonight... and I've just decided that I'm going to make Sundays roast night. Hubby works Sundays, and every other week I pick up DD1 from her dad's, so I think this might be a nice way to come back together as a family each week... made even more special cause within a month we'll be living in our own home forever and ever!

Roast Lamb here tonight.........I do a roast most sundays, I actually find it one of the easiest meals to make.

Chuck the meat in the oven, peel the roast vegies, chuck them in too and your practically done!!:yes:

i have my roasts randomly i dont have a set day but every fortnight we go to the in laws and they have a roast without fail on sundays for lunch.

usually i cook mind during the week :)

we are having roast chook too!! lots of roast potatoes, pumpkin and sweet potato and also cauliflower with a lovely creamy rosemary sauce! YUM!!
