microfibre with fitteds or AIO's

does anyone use them? I have only used them in a pocket, so I put it closest to bubs bum inside the pocket. But as its not supposed to touch bubs bum, where would you put it in a fitted or AIO?

If i'm putting it in an AIO or fitted I make sure I put it behind a booster so it is not touching bubs skin :)

If I'm using a microfibre booster in a fitted (eg a BBB at night) I always put a fleece liner over it, sometimes I put it behind one of the other internal boosters, or even between the nappy and the cover.
