What should I boost a bbh with for overnight?? I don't want to buy anything new, so what I have that might be suitablke is ... peapods inserts, medium hemparoos and gk boosters. Ds is not an overly heavy wetter and I will be using a wool cover.
Can I buy liquid lanolin from the shops or does it have to be online?? I asked at the chemist and they looked like they had no i dea what I was talking about:rolleyes:

If you have a GK booster - i would fold that in half & boost outside the nappy (in between liner & nappy). that way you can easily tell if you need it or not. I also use baby beehind fold-ups or boosters that way. The others might make it a bit buly, so go for the peapod insert if you don't have a GK booster - that is proably less chunky.
I put the peapods inserts on the outside of DDs night nappies, then put the cover over to hold it in place. The hemparoos would work like that too, and the nappy wouldn't be too bulky to do up. That works really well for us, but I use PUL covers, not sure how it would go with wool.

Do you have more than one Baby Beehinds Bamboo? Do you snap 2 long boosters in overnight? That's what I do
And the lanolin - I've bought spray lanolin on-line but honestly it is easier and cheaper to just buy Lansinoh and do it yourself. But you can get spray lanolin from the WeeWuns.

tan - do you mean a microfibre gk booster? I have that as well as the little hemp ones.
the queen - yep, I have two(hemp, not bamboo) so I could use two long inserts, do you think that would be enough?? The lansinoh is the nipple stuff in teh tube right??
I havn't used anything overnight yetso it will all be a bit of trial and error!

I meant the little hemp ones. the microfibre ones prob wouldn't do much good. But queen's idea of 2 long BBB inserts is a good one.
When you go to the chemist - look for other brands (mine is gold cross) anyhdrous lanolin. It's about a quarter of the price on lanisoh, but is the same stuff.

ooh good point - there is "generic brand" lanolin - i just typed Lansinoh because that's the brand I got (left over from early breastfeeding days :D)
My boy is usually in a Tots Bots Bamboozle overnight, with a Nappies Covered microfibre booster put underneath the TB's flap. Then a wool cover over the top. This lasts him for 12 hours. No leaks  and trim, and absorbent - he's a heavy wetter.
