What is the best time of your cycle to TTC? Is it true that there is only 1 good day? Thanks!

No there is not just one perfect day but 4-5 days over your ovulating period. Get onto google and find an ovulation calendar and fill in the details and that will basically tell you what best days are possible for you. There are plenty of threads around that talk about it too. Have a fish around and see what you can find but definately get onto an ovulation calendar, they are very helpful I think.
