I have found some yummy vegie fritters and vegie muffins to make on here today. The recipes are constantly updated, and there are lots of yummy good snacks for the kiddies  Most things freeze reasonably well, i give my snacks up to 6 months in the freezer.

I make and freeze cakes, muffins, cinnamon rolls etc, they all freeze well and just leave them out for a while before eating them, you can even pop them in the microwave so they are a little warm... do a search on here ... there are some great recipes... I have tried a couple of the muffin recipes and love the banana and blueberry muffin recipe. I am doing a batch of scones later this afternoon using a recipe posted on here earlier this week.
If I do a Swedish chocolate cake I just freeze it in the pie plate, if it's a cake I just pop it in a plastic bag, same with the muffins and rolls. They will probably last a good while in the freezer, but they never seem to last long enough that I'd have to worry about an expiration date on them...
They are so handy if you have friends drop in and don't have time to make anything.

If you are looking for lunch box fillers, any kind of cake, lamingtons (including the finger ones from the supermarket), muffins, donuts (mine only get them if they are on special or marked down to clear) all freeze well. Usually any cake I make except for anything cream filled, I slice up the left overs and wrap them in gladwrap individually, then put in the top of the freezer and simply pop into lunchbox when needed, then by the time they are eaten, they are thawed.
