DS and I recently went to a post natal day stay for his sleeping issues.
We used a soft form of controlled crying, but because DS wasn't used to it (we used to rock him to sleep, now he puts himself to sleep after a few minutes) he now seems to be losing his little voice.
When he whinges or cries it's very croaky. The poor little thing. He doesn't seem to be fussed by it, but is there anything I can give him to help ?
The first day at the centre he cried a fair bit, but now he has the whole self settling and resettling thing down pat. It took a few days but we made it.
