Another sad post from me.... so don't read on if you are sick of my blabbering :o

Just realised how hard it is to enjoy something such as your own birthday for the first time since the passing of my sister.. without her here... I would have received a call from her by now and she would have sent me some funny phoney corny card lol :crying:

DH got home from work and I was sitting in bed with Ebony in the dark pretending to watch tv and I had been crying... it is just so hard....:(

Awwww, i'm so sorry precious, that is so upsetting. I think any special occasion we always have a longing for the loved ones that have passed to be there and share it with us. It's ok to cry hun. :hugs:

Just wanted to add, as if anyone would be sick of you blubbering, i would be worried if you weren't upset i guess, losing your sister is a massive loss and you two sounded so very close i love hearing stories about your sister.

Don't apologise for the way you feel. The first year of significant dates without a loved one are tough. I know it sounds glib, but slowly with time things get easier:hugs:
