Looking for Playgroup in Maroochydore

Hi! I have just moved to Maroochydore and have a 5 month old son. I am looking for a playgroup that has kids around his age in the Maroochydore area. Even if there are some of you who want to form a group.

I'm new to this site. I live in Caloundra and am not part of a play group/mother's group, but would like to be. I'm a married SAHM with a nearly 8 month old daughter. I'd be happy to chat with you/meet up if you're interested. I can come to Maroochydore.

If you contact Playgroup Qld on 1800 171 882 or email info@playgroupqld.com.au they can give you details of playgroups in your area. I go to one in Mudjimba - near the airport - which is really good. I can give you details of it if you're interested. I live in Buderim and I've been thinking of trying to find a group closer to home. I'd be interested in helping to start a group as it's a bit difficult to meet mothers my age. I'm 35 and have a 9 month old son. Hope to chat again soon!

I'll give them a call and see what's in my area. What do you mean by "Mother's my age"? Please don't tell me it's only early 20s that go. (I'm 33 in March - Boo hoo) :D If I don't have any luck, I'll definitely be in on the new group! If you do start one, let me know - I'm sociable, I'd probably join yours too. (Do I sound like a stalker?) ;)

I am no help on the playgroup front i'm afraid, as I am only 3 months pregnant with my first, but I am here too in Maroochydore area & looking for people to catch up.
