Very Sweaty!

My little 10 month old boy sweats so much when he is sleeping, i dont know what to do because he feels cold to touch but hes sweaty, he leaves the sheet and his shirt soaking (at his upperback after sleeping on his back). I only have him in light cotton pyjama top, no bottom except a nappy and one sheet. I dont know what to do because if i leave him without a sheet on he will get cold! He doesnt have a temperature or anything. Does anyone else have this problem?:confused:

tyler is the same she is a hot head,,, i have a fan goin in all room [not facing her cot] and she still sweats,,,

Yeah my bubs sweats quite a bit takes after his dad !!!
For me i personally find its better to have a light outfit on say a sleeveless top or tshirt with shorts or even a short sleeved/ sleeveless jumpsuit then forget the sheet as my bubs who is also 10 mths kicks it off anyways.
But i often use a fan also when need be just to keep the air circulating & cool.

wow, when I read that it reminded me of an ex who did the same... was absolutely swimming in sweat but cold? I think he actually had diabetes :confused:

Anyway, forget that I said that, coz DD does it too... natural, I usually try to keep her warm but if she doesn't want it, she kicks everything off... meh :o

My ds is nearly 3 and every morning he wakes up with his pillow and bedsheets absolutely drenched in sweat! We have a fan on in his room all night and he goes to sleep with only a nappy on and often not even a sheet over him.

He is healthy and drinks a lot during the day so I am not worried ... just could do without having to wash so much!
