puff pastry pin-wheel fillings ??

for elise's bday im wanting to make some puff pastry pinwheels but not sure what to put in them.

i can only think of mini pizza flavour using tomato paste/sauce, ham and cheese


any other ideas of what i can use

Grated carrot and cheese is yummy, make sure its one part carrot and two parts cheese though
Vegemite and Cheese
Mushroom capsicum and cheese?

What about Smoked Salmon and Spinach or Cream Cheese?

I like boring old sausage mince with a a few veges and a bit of tomato paste in there... kinda like sausage rolls really. YUM YUM!
